We believe that when you invest in Emotional Baggage, the least we can do is cover the travel costs. That’s why we offer free standard shipping anywhere in South Africa—no hidden fees, no drama.

How long does it take?

• If you live in a main centre (hello, big cities and towns), you’ll have your baggage in 2–3 working days.

• If you’re in a more off-the-grid, who-even-lives-here type of place, it might take up to 5 working days. Good things take time, and so does finding your front door.

What happens once I order?

Once your Emotional Baggage has been lovingly packed and processed, we’ll send you a shipping notification email with a tracking number—so you can stalk your bag’s journey like an ex on Instagram.

A few small but important details:

We need your phone number and email for shipping purposes (not emotional manipulation).
And don’t worry—if you didn’t tick the marketing box, we won’t use them to tempt you with more baggage. But honestly, you should tick the box. Future you wants to see our sexy new styles.
