How long does delivery take?

From order confirmation to doorstep breakdown, your Emotional Baggage should arrive in 3–5 working days.

We can’t promise emotional healing in that time — but your new favourite bag? That’s guaranteed.

At this stage we only offer standard delivery in SA. Please email us if you'd like arrangements made to have your emotional baggage sent over borders or oceans.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely — we’ll happily take back your Emotional Baggage within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure it's unused, in its original packaging, and hasn’t picked up any extra drama.

We’ll initiate the courier collection process and then deduct the shipping fees from your refund — because closure isn’t always free.
